As one of the core of the cutting machine accessories, daily maintenance to ensure the machining quality, prolong the service life of equipment is vital, its importance is self-evident, we need to make a more detailed maintenance plan for it, according to daily weekly monthly and its running time.
a, cutting machine daily maintenance: before starting the
1) Checker in the vacuum pump oil level height, if not enough, need to add.
2) Work with gas and cutting gas inspection: inspection work of gas cylinders.
3) Check the temperature of the cooling water, in order to choose the required water temperature is preferred.
4) Checker oil, water, gas leaks, vacuum pump, cavity, the pneumatic components, whether the pipe joint leakage.
